So because our malt vinegar sub ingredient fell below the 20 parts per million, we were still able to label the product "gluten free." "The malt vinegar is an ingredient within the Worcestershire sauce that we use to make the BBQ sauces, NOT in the BBQ sauce itself but in the Worcestershire sauce used to make the BBQ sauce.
